Customer Support Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage customer support operations and ensure timely resolution of customer queries and complaints.

Coordinate with the technical and service teams for embroidery machine installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.

Handle customer escalations and ensure effective solutions to technical and service-related issues.

Monitor service requests, response times, customer feedback, and overall customer satisfaction.

Maintain customer records, service reports, complaint logs, and follow-up documentation.

Manage and guide the customer support team to achieve service quality and performance targets.

Build strong customer relationships and support customer retention through proactive after-sales service.

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
