Manage customer relationships and ensure a positive service experience. ✅ Contact customers to schedule periodic vehicle servicing and follow-up visits. ✅ Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and escalations related to vehicle servicing. ✅ Coordinate with Service Advisors, Workshop Managers, technicians, and spare parts teams. ✅ Monitor customer satisfaction, service quality, and timely vehicle delivery. ✅ Conduct post-service follow-up calls and collect customer feedback. ✅ Improve customer retention, repeat service visits, and workshop business. ✅ Promote periodic maintenance, extended warranty, and value-added services. ✅ Monitor customer satisfaction scores, feedback, and service-related reports. ✅ Maintain customer databases, CRM records, and service follow-up reports. ✅ Identify opportunities to improve customer loyalty and service revenue. ✅ Guide and support the customer relationship team to achieve performance targets.
