Job Description

Key Responsilibity

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day nursing activities and patient care delivery.
• Ensure compliance with NABH, ISO, infection control, medication safety, and hospital policies.
• Monitor nursing documentation, patient safety, clinical standards, and quality indicators.
• Ensure appropriate staffing, skill mix, duty allocation, delegation, and staff supervision.
• Manage ward equipment, consumables, and other material resources effectively.
• Identify clinical errors/incidents and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct staff training, competency assessments, BLS/ACLS, fire safety, and infection control activities.
• Handle patient/attendant concerns and support complaint resolution and service improvement.
• Maintain a safe, clean, patient-friendly ward environment.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate reporting of clinical and administrative information.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and continuous improvement of nursing services.

Qualification

• B.Sc Nursing with minimum 18yrs of experience and having Nursing Administration experience
