Job Title: Store Manager & Fashion Consultant – Mahitha Prasad Location: Bengaluru Experience: 1–5 years Role Summary You will be responsible for running the studio end-to-end — managing store operations, leading client consultations, and driving sales conversions across couture, pret, and bespoke orders. This is a client-facing luxury role combining hands-on styling with ownership of studio operations and business performance. Key Responsibilities Store Operations Oversee daily studio operations, presentation, and brand standards Manage inventory, stock movement, and order tracking Coordinate with production/design teams on order timelines and delivery Ensure smooth scheduling of client appointments, trials, and fittings Maintain records for sales, enquiries, and client documentation Client & Sales Lead client consultations for couture, pret, and bespoke orders Understand client needs and recommend styles aligned with the brand Convert enquiries and walk-ins into confirmed orders Capture client requirements accurately and ensure order documentation is complete Handle client communication, follow-ups, and relationship management Oversee trials, fittings, and the final delivery experience Track sales performance against targets and report to leadership What You Will Learn End-to-end luxury store management Luxury client handling and relationship management Styling & body-type understanding Couture sales, conversions, and business operations Fabrics, embroidery & craftsmanship How a couture brand operates end-to-end, from studio floor to leadership What We're Looking For Strong interest in fashion & styling Good communication and client-handling skills Ability to manage priorities and studio operations Confidence to interact with high-value clients Attention to detail, discipline, and ownership mindset Willingness to learn fast and take feedback Non-Negotiables This is a leadership role — full ownership of store performance is expected Must be comfortable with both client interaction and operational responsibility Interest alone is not enough — execution and accountability matter Must be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced studio environment Why Join Us Lead operations for a luxury couture brand Real client exposure and business ownership from day one Fast growth based on performance
