Job Summary

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to manage daily procurement, coordinate with suppliers, negotiate prices and ensure timely availability of products and materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify suppliers and obtain quotations based on purchase requirements.
• Compare prices, quality, payment terms and delivery timelines.
• Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive rates.
• Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
• Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to maintain required stock.
• Verify received quantities and resolve shortages, damaged goods or quality issues.
• Coordinate with the Accounts team for invoice verification and vendor payments.
• Maintain purchase records, supplier details and procurement reports.
• Develop new suppliers and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Track market prices and identify opportunities to reduce purchasing costs.

Required Skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Understanding of purchase orders, invoices and inventory processes.
• Strong follow-up, coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple purchase requirements and meet deadlines.

Qualification \& Experience

• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in purchasing, procurement or vendor coordination preferred.
• E-commerce, wholesale or retail purchasing experience is an advantage.
