Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls from US customers.
- Resolve queries and provide product information.
- Identify customer needs and promote relevant products/services.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
Requirements
- Good English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers can apply; experience is a plus.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred with all sem dmc
