Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, inquiries, orders, and complaints professionally.
- Provide polite, friendly, and accurate customer service.
- Coordinate with outlet and operations teams to resolve customer requirements.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on queries and orders.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and professional communication.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and good customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge; Tally/billing software knowledge preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, F\&B, bakery, or hospitality is preferred.
