About this job
We are seeking a client-focused and articulate Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to be the key point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. The CRM will manage communication, client satisfaction, and post-project follow-ups for residential and commercial design/build projects.
Required Qualifications \& Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in design, real estate, or creative industries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a polite, accommodating, and approachable demeanor.
- Professional, with strong interpersonal and empathy-based interaction.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and timelines with poise.
- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and Word documents; a dynamic individual with strong acumen and high tolerance.
