Salary Budget

₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.

• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely service.

• Maintain customer databases, CRM records, and regular communication.

• Follow up on leads, orders, deliveries, and after-sales services.

• Build long-term customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction.

• Resolve customer issues and ensure timely closure of complaints.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in CRM, customer relationship management, or client servicing.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools will be an advantage.

• Candidates with experience in furniture, interiors, home decor, or related industries will be preferred.
