Job Overview

looking for confident and enthusiastic Telecalling Executives to connect with prospective customers, generate business enquiries, and support the sales team through effective communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate enquiries.
• Explain the company's lift products and services to interested customers.
• Understand customer requirements and collect relevant details.
• Handle customer queries professionally and politely.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and enquiries.
• Coordinate with the sales team to share qualified leads.
• Work towards daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements

• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
• Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
• Confident in handling customer calls and follow-ups.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel is an advantage.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work with targets.
• Must be willing to work from the office at Nungambakkam, Thousand Lights, Chennai. Or Teynampet, Chennai.
