Role Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Experience

1 - 2 Years

Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.

Resolve complaints and provide timely solutions.

Track and coordinate orders, deliveries, returns, and refunds.

Maintain customer records and follow up on pending issues.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email.

Good problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach.

Preferred

Candidates with experience in customer support, e-commerce, or order management.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
