Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Donor Engagement: Connect daily with potential donors, introducing them to impactful causes and inspiring them to support.
• Relationship Building: Maintain and grow a strong database of supporters, ensuring they feel valued and connected to the organization’s mission.
• Retention & Growth: Regular, professional follow-ups with prospects to convert them into long-term, recurring supporters.
• Honest Communication: Share accurate, transparent, and inspiring information regarding projects and campaigns with potential donors.
• Goal Achievement: Meet monthly engagement and fundraising targets with a proactive mindset.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

• Education: Any Graduate / Degree holder or above.
• Experience: Open to both Freshers with great energy and Experienced professionals (Sales, Customer Support, or NGO backgrounds are a plus).
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication. You must be fluent, confident, and capable of adapting your style to different people.
• Languages: High fluency in English & Malayalam is required.
• Mindset: A critical thinker and natural problem-solver with a positive, resilient attitude.
