Job Description

Manage and build relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues effectively.

Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing customers.

Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to implement necessary improvements.

Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Communicate with customers through various channels including phone, email, and in-person meetings.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Prepare reports on customer feedback and sales.
