Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) with a B.Tech (Civil)qualification and relevant experience in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Handle client enquiries, follow-ups, and coordination.

Coordinate with project, design, and sales teams to ensure timely updates to clients.

Monitor project progress and communicate updates to clients.

Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain client records and prepare regular follow-up reports.

Requirements

B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.

2–5 years of experience in the construction industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong coordination and client-handling abilities.

Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
