Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations across multiple F&B, hospitality, and FMCG business units.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting entries, sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.

Reconcile POS sales, cash, UPI, card, and online delivery collections.

Handle vendor invoices, payments, and ledger reconciliations.

Support inventory tracking, stock reconciliation, and cost control.

Prepare financial reports, bank reconciliations, and support month-end closing.

Assist with GST, TDS, audits, and statutory compliance.

Maintain FMCG purchase, sales, inventory, and product costing records.

Candidate Requirements

B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.

0–2 years of relevant accounting experience.

Good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and TDS.

Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally

Experience in F&B, hospitality, FMCG, or retail is preferred.

Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
