About this job

About blueBriX

blueBriX is a digital health innovator on a mission to revolutionize healthcare access — empowering the creators of digital health solutions with a platform that inspires, educates, and equips. We specialize in Electronic Health Record (EHR) solutions built around four core pillars: Care Coordination, Patient Engagement, Revenue Cycle Management, and Reporting & Analytics. Together, these help healthcare organizations deliver better outcomes through smarter, more connected technology. Headquartered in Maryland, USA, with an Offshore Delivery Center in Kochi, Kerala, our 150+ strong global team serves clients in over 100 countries across four continents.

The Role

As a Sales Development Executive for our RCM division, you will be the first point of contact between blueBriX and healthcare organizations across the United States who are struggling with billing inefficiencies, claim denials, and revenue leakage. This is not a passive inbound role — you will own the top of the funnel end to end, from researching and identifying the right prospects to crafting outreach that actually gets responses. You will be working US business hours from our Kochi office, which means your day is structured around conversations with physician groups, hospital billing departments, and RCM decision-makers who need a solution you understand deeply.

What sets this role apart is the domain specificity required. You are not selling generic software — you are speaking the language of AR days, denial rates, clean claim ratios, and reimbursement cycles. You know what keeps a Medical Billing Manager up at night, and you know how to position blueBriX's RCM capabilities as the answer. You will work closely with our US-based sales leadership and RCM subject matter experts to sharpen your pitch, refine your targeting, and move qualified opportunities into the pipeline with speed and precision.

Your work will directly fuel revenue growth for one of blueBriX's most critical service lines — and the pipeline you build here will shape how the company expands its US footprint over the next several years.

What You'll Do

Prospect & Research — Identify and prioritize high-potential US healthcare accounts — including physician practices, medical groups, and specialty clinics — using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other intelligence tools.

Execute Multi-Channel Outreach — Drive consistent outbound activity across cold calling, email sequences, and LinkedIn to engage RCM decision-makers and generate qualified meetings for the sales team.

Qualify Opportunities — Conduct discovery conversations to assess prospect pain points, billing volumes, current RCM setup, and readiness to evaluate outsourced or technology-driven RCM solutions.

Maintain CRM Hygiene — Log all outreach, call notes, follow-ups, and pipeline activity with accuracy and discipline in the CRM — ensuring the sales team always has a clean, current view of the funnel.

Collaborate with Sales Leadership — Work closely with US-based account executives and RCM leadership to align on target segments, messaging, and handoff criteria for sales-qualified leads.

Track & Optimize Performance — Monitor your own outreach metrics — connect rates, response rates, meeting conversion — and iterate on messaging and sequencing based on what the data tells you.

Stay Current on RCM Market Trends — Keep up with changes in medical billing regulations, payer policies, coding updates, and competitive offerings so your outreach is always relevant and informed.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales development or business development specifically within RCM, medical billing, or healthcare IT services targeting US clients.

Proven track record of cold calling and outbound prospecting — you are comfortable making high volumes of calls and do not need to be warmed up to pick up the phone.

Strong working knowledge of RCM terminology — AR management, denial management, CPT/ICD coding, charge capture, remittance processing, and payer contracts.

Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent) and sales enablement tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io.

Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills — you can engage a US-based billing director with credibility and clarity from the first sentence.

Willingness to work from our Kochi office on-site; outstation candidates must be open to relocating to Kochi.

Good to Have

Exposure to selling to specialty practices — oncology, orthopedics, behavioral health, or multi-specialty groups — where RCM complexity is higher and the sales conversation is more nuanced.

Familiarity with US healthcare compliance frameworks such as HIPAA and how they relate to RCM outsourcing conversations.

Experience using sales engagement platforms like Outreach, Salesloft, or similar for structured sequencing.

Prior experience working in a night shift or US time zone aligned role from India.

Understanding of EHR platforms and how billing workflows connect to clinical documentation.

What Makes This Role Unique

You own the pipeline — This is not a support role or a shared BDR pool. You will have direct ownership of outbound prospecting for a focused market segment with clear accountability and visibility.

Domain depth matters here — You are not expected to fake it. blueBriX's RCM team brings deep subject matter expertise, and you will be selling alongside people who live and breathe revenue cycle — which makes your outreach sharper and your credibility real.

Direct line to leadership — You will work in close collaboration with sales and RCM leadership, giving you exposure to how enterprise healthcare sales decisions are made.

A product worth selling — blueBriX's RCM capabilities are built into a live EHR platform serving clients across 100+ countries. You are not pitching a standalone billing service — you are positioning an integrated, technology-driven solution with measurable outcom
