Position: Telecaller — Recovery & Collection Experience: Minimum 1 Year Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate DRA Certification: DRA Certified / Non-DRA Both Can Apply Language Proficiency: Hindi & Marathi (for Mumbai) Tamil, Telugu & Malayalam (For Chennai)

Job Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending loan payments and overdue dues. Follow up with customers for EMI payments and outstanding amounts.

Handle recovery and collection-related queries professionally. Convince customers to clear pending payments within the given timelines.

Maintain regular follow-ups with overdue customers. Update call records, payment commitments and collection status in the system.

Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly collection targets. Maintain professional communication and customer relationships. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Recovery or Collection.

Candidates with prior experience in Loan Collection, EMI Recovery, Banking Collection, NBFC Collection or Telecalling Recovery can apply.

Previous Collection Experience is Mandatory. Candidates with DRA certification and Non-DRA candidates both are welcome. Good communication and convincing skills. Ability to handle customers and payment-related objections.
