Customer Relationship Manager

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, handle enquiries, coordinate with the sales team, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining customer records, following up on leads, resolving customer queries, and supporting business growth through effective relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
• Manage and maintain customer databases and CRM records.
• Follow up with prospective customers and existing clients to generate business opportunities.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure timely follow-ups and lead conversion.
• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding product enquiries, orders, delivery status, and feedback.
• Address customer complaints and queries professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, sales leads, follow-ups, and feedback.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer interactions, leads, and follow-up status.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and business processes.

Pay

₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
