Role Summary

The Lead Generation Specialist will identify and qualify prospective learners in the US and Canadian markets through outbound calls and approved digital channels. The role focuses on understanding certification goals, creating qualified opportunities, maintaining accurate CRM records, and handing interested prospects to the sales team for consultation and closure.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume outbound calling to assigned prospect lists and campaign data.

Introduce Edtia's certification services clearly and identify the prospect's role, career objective, certification interest, timeline, and preferred contact time.

Qualify genuine interest and transfer suitable opportunities to the Sales Consultant with complete notes and context.

Complete scheduled follow-ups through calls, email, WhatsApp, or other approved channels.

Update lead status, next-contact date, communication notes, and outcomes in the CRM after every meaningful interaction.

Maintain daily activity reports and meet assigned targets for connects, qualified leads, follow-ups, and handovers.

Follow data-protection, communication, DND, and company process requirements at all times.

Requirements

6 months to 2 years of experience in lead generation, telecalling, outbound calling, or international customer engagement. Strong freshers may be considered.

Clear spoken English, active listening, and the ability to hold structured conversations with US and Canadian prospects.

Comfortable with targets, repetitive calling, follow-ups, and a process-driven work environment.

Basic knowledge of CRM systems, Excel or Google Sheets, email, and online research.

Willingness to work from the Noida Sector 63 office during the night shift.

International B2C, EdTech, training, IT certification, career counselling, or US-market calling experience is preferred.
