Customer Relationship Manager- tamil

We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join our Solar team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

Handle customer enquiries, calls, complaints and service requests.

Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Installation and Service teams.

Track customer requirements from enquiry to project completion.

Provide regular updates on solar project status, installation and commissioning.

Follow up on quotations, agreements, documentation and payments.

Resolve customer concerns and ensure timely closure.

Identify opportunities for repeat business, referrals and additional services.

Prepare customer-status reports and follow-up report

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management.

Fluent in Tamil

Good follow-up and customer-handling ability.
