Key Accounts Executive

Role Objective

Support day-to-day last-mile operations and assist in achieving smooth order

execution, rider availability, basic vendor coordination, and accurate reporting under

the guidance of the Ops Lead or KAM.

Daily Operations & Order Fulfilment

Ensure smooth execution of planned orders with minimal operational gaps.

• Monitor daily order allocation and completion
• Coordinate with riders to ensure timely deliveries
• Escalate any operational issues that may impact fulfilment

Rider Supply & Attendance Tracking

Maintain adequate rider availability for committed volumes.

• Track rider attendance and shift adherence
• Arrange backup riders whenever required
• Follow up on rider drop-offs and ensure continuity of supply

Revenue Target Support

Support the achievement of assigned account order and revenue goals.

• Assist in tracking order flow and revenue realization
• Highlight any revenue leakage due to operational issues
• Escalate missed or unexecuted orders on the same day

Vendor Coordination & Basic Negotiation Support

Assist in coordinating with vendors and support basic commercial discussions.

• Follow up on vendor requirements and service requests
• Flag any rate or cost-related deviations to the reporting manager
• Identify and report vendor billing mismatches

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
