Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to drive property sales, generate leads, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have prior sales experience and a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, site visits, and networking
• Handle client inquiries and provide detailed property information
• Arrange and conduct site visits for prospective buyers
• Follow up with clients and convert leads into sales
• Maintain customer database and sales records
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closure
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Knowledge of real estate market trends preferred
• Target-driven with a proactive approach
• Basic knowledge of MS Office

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline
• 1–5 years of experience in sales (real estate preferred)
