Call Centre Executive

Green Secure Energy Pvt ltd a 350 Crore company with business interests in rooftop solar solutions, distribution of automotive batteries, tyres, and electric vehicles is looking for Call Centre Executives for Batteries, Tyres and Electric Scooters.

This is an in-store role to be positioned at our Narsingi. Job involves handling customer calls, understanding their needs, offering solutions we have, and making outbound follow-up calls for Electric Vehicle Scooter Sales and Service Scheduling.

Prior experience in Call centre incoming and outbound calls, is mandatory. Should possess good communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu.
