Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, patient-friendly and experienced Telecaller / Patient Counselling Executive to handle patient enquiries, lead follow-ups and appointment coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound \& outbound patient calls.
• Explain IVF/fertility services and consultations professionally.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into appointments.
• Coordinate patient appointments and follow-ups.
• Maintain lead and patient records.
• Build positive relationships with patients.
• Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff when required.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Telecalling / Patient Counselling / Healthcare preferred.
• IVF/Fertility experience will be an advantage.
• Excellent Hindi \& English communication skills.
• Good counselling, convincing and follow-up skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Confident, polite and empathetic personality.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
