Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive in inbound voice process. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customers' queries and providing timely and accurate assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Responding to customers' queries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.

• Providing customer service through phone calls.

• Maintaining high level of customer satisfaction.

• Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure effective problem resolution.

Requirements

• Graduate or Undergraduate qualification.

Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
