Job Description
Apollo Clinic Newtown is looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients/customers.
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and services.
- Address patient queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain call records and update relevant information.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth patient service.
- Ensure professional and courteous communication with patients.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in telecalling/customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Prior experience in a hospital/healthcare organization will be an advantage.
