Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional for the role of CRT - Term

Insurance Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing policy issuance,

client coordination, and end-to-end service support while ensuring a seamless customer

experience throughout the policy lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Handle policy issuance processes with accuracy and efficiency.

Coordinate with customers for timely collection and verification of required documents.

Maintain and organize insurance-related records and documentation.

Provide prompt assistance and ongoing support to clients throughout the policy term.

Educate customers on the features, benefits, and value of term life insurance products.

Assist clients in completing insurance applications and support them through

underwriting procedures.

Ensure effective two-way communication to address customer queries and service

requests.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy servicing and customer

satisfaction.

Deliver high standards of professionalism and service excellence at all times.

Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer service and relationship management abilities.

Good coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Experience & Qualification

Minimum 2 year of experience in Term Life Insurance.

Prior experience in policy servicing, customer relationship management, or insurance

coordination will be preferred.

Pay

Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
