Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, mature, and relationship-oriented Client Acquisition Executive to join our team.

The role involves identifying potential clients, developing new business opportunities, meeting prospective clients, building long-term relationships, and coordinating with the internal team for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new clients through field visits, referrals, networking, and business connections.

Meet prospective clients and understand their financial requirements.

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Schedule client meetings and conduct regular follow-ups.

Generate leads and convert prospects into clients.

Support business development and revenue-generation activities.

Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding and service delivery.

Develop professional relationships with families, professionals, entrepreneurs, and business owners.

Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective clients.

Candidate Profile

Age

35–45 years preferred

Language

Fluent Malayalam is essential; working knowledge of English preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident and professional personality.

Mature, responsible, and self-motivated.

Comfortable interacting with families, professionals, entrepreneurs, and business owners.

Good client-handling and relationship-building skills.

Willingness to travel for client meetings.

Own two-wheeler preferred.
