Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager with excellent English communication skills to manage customer interactions over the phone, build strong relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls professionally and maintain effective communication.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Follow up with customers regularly and resolve their queries.
• Maintain customer records and update interaction details.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
• Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in customer relationship management, customer support, or a similar role.
• Excellent spoken English communication skills are mandatory.
• Good telephone etiquette and confidence in handling customer calls.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage customer queries professionally.
• Candidates should be comfortable with calling-based work.
