Requirements & Responsibilities

Handle front office operations and patient enquiries.

Manage incoming and outgoing calls professionally.

Conduct patient follow-ups and appointment coordination.

Assist with patient registration and maintain records.

Provide a welcoming and professional experience for patients.

Coordinate with doctors and other clinic staff.

Handle patient queries with courtesy and efficiency.

Candidate Profile

Smart, enthusiastic, and presentable with a pleasing personality.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong patient-handling and telecalling skills.

Previous experience in healthcare, clinics, or hospitals is preferred.

Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
