Customer Relationship Manager

Job Summary

VPLAK India is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to manage high-value customers, ensure excellent after-sales experience, and build long-term customer relationships. The role requires strong communication skills, coordination with internal teams, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in, repeat, and premium customers professionally
• Ensure excellent customer experience from enquiry to post-sales support
• Maintain regular follow-ups for installations, deliveries, and service requests
• Resolve customer complaints and escalations smoothly
• Build long-term relationships to drive repeat sales and referrals
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Service teams
• Maintain customer data, feedback, and CRM records
• Upsell / cross-sell products where applicable

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Graduate (Any discipline)
• 2–3years experience in Customer Relationship / Client Servicing / Retail CRM
• Strong verbal \& written communication skills
• Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving ability
• Comfortable handling high-value and demanding clients
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, WhatsApp \& email communication
• Hospitality, luxury retail, electronics, or showroom experience is a plus
