About this job

The ideal candidate enjoys meeting people, communicates clearly and is motivated by results. You will support the sales team across the full buyer journey, from the first enquiry to site visits, follow-ups and closing. You will be the friendly, reliable point of contact that helps clients feel confident about their investment.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to buyer enquiries from calls, WhatsApp, social media, property portals and walk-ins.

Qualify leads by understanding each client’s budget, preferred location, property type and timeline.

Schedule, coordinate and accompany clients on site visits and property tours.

Present property features, amenities, pricing, payment plans and location advantages clearly and professionally.

Follow up consistently with prospective buyers to build relationships and move them towards a decision.

Maintain accurate records of leads, client conversations and follow-ups in the CRM.

Prepare quotations, cost sheets, booking forms and other sales documents.

Coordinate with the documentation, legal and finance teams on bookings, agreements and payments.

Assist with property launches, exhibitions, open houses and promotional events.

Share brochures, floor plans, videos and project updates with clients on time.

Collect client feedback and share insights with the sales team to improve conversions.

Stay updated on our projects, competitor offerings and the Gurgaon property market.

Verify property details, pricing and availability before sharing them with clients.

Support senior sales managers in meeting monthly targets and closing deals.

Skills and Experience

0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service or real estate; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.

Excellent spoken and written communication in English and Hindi.

A confident, presentable and professional personality, comfortable meeting clients in person.

Strong follow-up discipline, organisation and attention to detail.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools and WhatsApp Business.

Willingness to travel for site visits and work on weekends when required.

Knowledge of the Gurgaon real estate market is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
