Position: Chef/Cook

Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef to take ownership of our kitchen and create an exceptional dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate should be proficient in various cuisines, be customer-oriented, and capable of maintaining high standards in food quality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute the resort's menu with precision and flair.
• Develop innovative recipes, garnishing styles, and food presentations.
• Ensure the cleanliness and functionality of kitchen supplies, equipment, and work areas.
• Manage inventory and place orders for food and supplies as required.
• Uphold sanitation practices and kitchen safety standards.
• Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation.
• Engage with guests to gather feedback on food quality, variety, and service.
• Promote Red Hill Nature Resort's goodwill within the culinary community.
