Rastogi House specializes in ethnic wear, including sarees, unstitched suits, lehengas, kaftans, and cord sets. We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Relationship Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to generate sales.

• Provide product information, pricing details, and updates on new collections.

• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.

• Maintain customer databases and follow-up records.

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure excellent customer service.

• Focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, telecalling, CRM, or sales.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Hindi; basic English communication skills preferred.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and social media.

• Strong follow-up skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

• Experience in fashion, ethnic wear, or retail will be an added advantage.
