Customer Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.

Explain hair and skin care products/services, benefits, pricing, and offers.

Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into appointments or sales.

Handle customer queries professionally and courteously.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Coordinate with the sales/clinic team for appointments and follow-ups.

Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.

Build positive relationships with customers.

Requirements

Malayalam communication is mandatory.

English communication is preferred.

Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or healthcare/beauty industry is preferred.

Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Comfortable working with sales and follow-up targets.

Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
