Job Description
We are hiring Customer Support Executives to join our team for UBWebs.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Follow up with clients via WhatsApp chat and calls.
- Take feedback from the customers.
- Help in Lead Generation and business growth.
Requirements
- Excellent Communication skills in Hindi andGood in English.
- Confident and polite speaking skills.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini etc.)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Sheets).
- Immediate joiners preferred.
