Job Overview

We are looking for Customer Support Executives for the Saferide process in Jaipur. The role involves assisting customers, addressing their queries, and providing appropriate solutions while maintaining professional communication and service standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through voice communication.
• Understand customer concerns and provide suitable resolutions.
• Maintain clear and professional communication in English.
• Assist customers with service-related requests.
• Follow established process guidelines and quality standards.
• Ensure a positive customer experience.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate or Undergraduate.
• Candidates with 0–6 months of relevant work experience.
• Previous work experience in customer support is preferred.
• Strong English communication skills (C1 level).
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.

Work Schedule and Compensation

• CTC: Up to ₹33,000 per month.
• Working Days: 5.5 days per week.
• Shift: Rotational.
• Weekly Off: Rotational.
• Work Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan.
