Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions through inbound or outbound voice calls, as per process requirements.
• Understand customer queries and provide appropriate information.
• Assist customers with their requirements in a professional manner.
• Maintain clear and effective communication during customer interactions.
• Follow established process guidelines and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication.

Candidate Requirements

• 0–6 months of experience in customer support, sales, or a related field.
• English communication proficiency at B2 level.
• Good verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with standard applications.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and respond appropriately.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Work Schedule

• Working Days: 5.5 days per week.
• Shifts: Rotational.
• Weekly Off: Rotational.
