Telecaller & Reception Executive – Prachin Holistic Care Location: Ahmedabad (Vastral & Nikol) Job Type: Full-time About Us Prachin Holistic Care is an Ayurvedic and Naturopathy center focused on natural healing through Panchkarma, detox programs, and pain management therapies. We aim to provide a comfortable and supportive experience to every patient. Role Overview We are looking for a responsible and well-spoken candidate who can manage both telecalling and front desk responsibilities . This role involves handling patient calls, follow-ups, and managing patients at the clinic reception. Key Responsibilities Handle Follow Up Calls Follow up with patient leads and inquiries Explain treatments and packages in a simple and clear manner Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments Attend patients visiting the clinic Manage appointments and walk-ins smoothly Maintain patient records and basic data entry Coordinate with doctors and therapists Who Can Apply 1 Year Min – front desk / customer handling Comfortable speaking in Gujarati & Hindi (basic English required) Presentable, polite, and organized Basic computer knowledge What We Expect Good follow-up and convincing skills Patient-friendly and professional behavior Ability to manage calls and reception together Salary Fixed salary + performance-based incentives Contact 📞 Call/WhatsApp: 6359559542 📧 Email: info@prachinholisticcare.com
