Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Relations Officer to manage client interactions, address customer queries, and handle complaints and grievances professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Handle client interactions and customer enquiries.

Address customer complaints and resolve grievances.

Maintain positive relationships with clients.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Follow up with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain customer records and feedback reports.

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.

Patience and a professional approach to handling complaints.

Previous experience in customer relations or client handling is preferred.
